Hi, my name is Amanda! I'm a mixed 1st-gen Iranian-American artist & filmmaker living in LA.

I just rolled off the upcoming adult animated comedy, #1 Happy Family USA at A24  where

I worked for the past year as the Storyboard Layout Supervisor for an outstanding team!

I'm now available for freelance or full-time work on Storyboards or Design!

I have past credits as a Storyboard Artist, Story Revisionist, Layout Artist, and Character Designer

I graduated from SJSU's Animation & Illustration program in 2016, and before my career in animation began, 

I spent many years working at Walt Disney Imagineering in the Color Design & Paint dept. creating Blacklight 

murals, props, and effects for Disney's rides and experiences around the world. You can also find my work in print!

I've been a freelance Illustrator for a range of literary projects, including graphic novels and cover art.

 

I love animation and am particularly drawn to adventurous, magical, and spooky stories.

I'm also interested in other avenues of storytelling and have lately been spending my free time

writing, directing, and acting in horror short films with my husband, our friends, and our cats.
